We have been members of Hyatt Vacation Club for 20 years and own at 3 properties and up until this time have been very pleased. It is now impossible to reserve a unit with points, but if you go online everything is available. We can transfer points to Interval and book something that way but not Hyatt. If we had wanted to stay at another vacation club we would have purchased that.
I am totally disgusted and would like to sell our properties but of course we cannot as Hyatt says they have "first right of refusal" but they charge such a high price that no one purchase from them.
