I have already paid for the product and now I am still being charged $9.43 on my credit card - WHY????

I have paid fully for this product & they are still deducting $9.43 form my credit card

I have paid for all of this product and they are still deducting $9.43 from my credit card - what can I do to stop this and get a refund
