I leased my 2016 Hyundai Sonata back in November 2016 -

This is not urgent since I will be turning in my car next year - 2019

In the Federal Consumer leasing Act form this is a category called OTHER CHARGES.

What this implies is - if I do not purchase or lease my next vehicle from Hyundai they will ADD an additional $400. for
me to exit my contract -

This is absolutely absurd - I should have the FREEDOM choose my next dealership without being penalized -

This is either blackmail or extortion - maybe both -

I have attached a copy of this lease containing OTHER CHARGES

Is this legal? Can I not pay it?
