Today at 07th June 2017 4:45 pm my wife was about to leave to work (suppose to reach by 5:00pm). There was car wrongly parked in front our car (Hyundai Santafe Plate category 17 - 29132). The car was turned off and locked and there was no one inside the car, neither no contact information mentioned on dashboard. We horn many times and no one attenuded and it was really annouing that she was getting late to work and we were unable call the car owner. Tried to call 999 and they gave me a toll free number 8003009, but unfortunately didn't reach right option. As it is Ramadan there was no Mawaqif representative available at that time.

As it was getting late my wife left by Taxi around 5:15pm and I still waited to see the car owner. Around 5:25pm a man seems to be from Sudan, came there and I informed him about the situation and told him you should have put your contact information. The guy was having a bad attitude and he talk as he was least bothered about the situation and left the place.

People might Park for up to 5 minutes in such a way due to emergency. This person parked the car in the middle of the road and left. I have waited there for 30 minutes and the car was left there before that.

I request Mawaqif to fine these kind of people who has an attitude and least bothered of affecting others.attached photo for your reference
