cancelling order

I had called to order 1 pan which I saw on tv they kept trying to sell me more so I hung up, I called back and was told I had to call another number to cancel in 3 days which I did they said there was no order in my name. now my credit card has been charged $37.98 and I have no merchandise and to not want any, I want a refund to my account asap

constant calling everyday and I asked them to stop calling they just hang up
