Stole money

Visadebit of 39.99 twice came unautherized from my bank and i didnt ask or receive any.services it was stolen behind my back and i want it back and to press charges. I feel like going public.to warn others. Iplay one game online it was free and would never pay or waste myy money as im single father. This has to be fixed asap please respond
