Mastercard charge

I received a purchase charge from IC Freeshipping.com for $12.97 on my Matercard which I didn't authorize. It seems to be a SCAM company, when you order something on line and they offer free shipping this box pops and if you click on it you think your getting free shipping. I've looked this up online and see that it's a Scam from the posts from others. I've noticed that this is a monthly charge which I never authorized and is total fraud.
