Received my Costco Capital One Statement to-day. There is a charge made to my account on April 24,2019 by --------- IC *Shopmaster.Com800-2556355C which I never authorized and I have no idea who this could be. ( The charge is for $9.97 U.S @ 1.385155467* which amounted to $12.71 Can.) I assume that this could be fraud as I have not shopped for anything in the US. Please check into this and asking for refund to my account.
