did not order anything but being charged 9.97

I am being charged 9.97 out of my bank account from IC Shopsmarter and dont even know what this is. I never ordered anything online today. I would appreciate if this would be put back into my bank account and not charging me for something I did not order.

Fraudulent Debits

This company, without my knowledge, has been withdrawing $9.97 from my bank for months. I never authorized!
