Yeah. I am fighting to get paid too. I worked 3-1/2 months ago and haven't gotten paid for 1 months worth of work. I was "nice" about the lack of payment because I was told that Mark's mom was in the ICU with cancer. They said he was too caught up with the cancer to take care of his company. They played into my emotions to get me to back down. Who knows, with enough guilt laid on...maybe they thought I'd say "Forget about the money. Take care of your family." But now that I see all these complaints all over the internet...I doubt the story is true. I didn't even know this corporation was this large.

I talked to a lawyer (in Washington State) who said you can claim up to three times what you're owed. Tempted. I really just want what I'm owed. What an asshole.
