Hi,
I have applied for a ICICI credit card of type HPCL. Verification has been done and I have received Credit Card to my address. Till this, everything is fine. But all of sudden, i have received one more credit card after 3 days which of similar type (Anual Fee of Rs 500). I am very much disappointed with the ICICI credit card system. How can they issue two cards for a person who submitted only one application. Because of this I need to pay Rs 500 extra for the next card which i have received.

I am trying to call ICICI credit card customer care (98495 78000 & 040-23128000) from past 3 days and I am getting no response and it seems they have huge incoming calls.
I am frustrated with the kind of service provided by ICICI. Now I am feeling very bad for applying an ICICI credit cards. Request to ICICI credit card department to make sure that these types of mistakes will not happen in future. And try to provide good service to customers not junk service like this.
Please provide resolution for this as early as possible.
