Closed my acount without my knowledge

I am holding an account in icici bank charmjnar branch from last 12 years and every year i was submitted my AADHAAR copy for kys purpose, they havnt give ne any acknowledgment for that. At this year when i sent my daughter to submit AADHAAR copy, they said to my daughter photo of account holder is compulsory. Then after two to three day i received a msg that my acount has closed,
I send to my daughter to findout, she also came to know the same. Staff asked to consult to ghe manager regardin the isaue but then manager was on leave dor a week.so consult with dy.manager by name Rambabu he asked to make a call with the registered mobile no to customer service, I did they have taken my 1 1/2 hr to talk till then I was kept on holding for three times.
Aome staff spoke and listen the issued then he connect conference call to the dy.manager of the same branch. He asked me to co.e again they will reaolve the issue .
Again went and they still they dont hav any option as they except to open new account with minimum balance of Rs.5000/- or to take back remaining amount throug DD or cheques.
But they cant restore my same account.
Gill the date my issue was not resolved by the icici bank.
Kindly look inyo the matter.

Balance deduction for IPRUGTP-NCA

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Priyanga Rajendran. I am holding a salary account in ICICI Bank. I noticed some charge in the amount, so i checked my ICICI Bank statement and found one consecutive deduction of Rs 100 with the description of IPRUGTP-NCA-SR**********-SI from Januray 2018 - February 2019 without any prior information.
I am not aware what type of charges are these. So Kindly tell us why have you deducted this amount.

Requesting to credit the processing fees

Application Number : 7721385965/964/966/967
We have applied for ICICI home loans - initially it was 8.5% but after submitting the documents , they said it would be11.5% , so we rejected the loan. But then they had deducted the processing fees of 7018Rs. from my account through the cheque we had given earlier.

Requesting to credit the amount back at the earliest.

unauthorised deduction from savings bank account

I have a savings salary account with ICICI Bank.

Last weekend ICICI bank has deducted about Rs 14, 000 from my salary account. I called ICICI customer care and they told it has been linked with the credit card I used to have around 3 years ago. There was a disputed amount of around 3-4 thousand which after my repeated complaints, was never taken care of and it seems they kept charging interest and other fees. I had always been willing to pay all the genuine expenses I have made through the card however the bank should refund the unreasonable charges.

I had asked for settlement but never got any letter for settlement and now suddenly they have deducted this amount from my salary account last monday.

As far as I know the savings account and credit card both are separate entities in a Bank. Bank cannot make any transaction without my consent. This is totally unacceptable and frustrating. I even called up customer care but in vain.


Kindly suggest how can I recover.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Unable to Login

I have moved out of India and am unable to access my online banking as i repeatedly get OTP issue. Called up phone banking several times but of no use. Even sent a courier sometime back as per their instructions to get my US mobile number updated but of no use am still waiting to get things working.
The customer service is pathetic and am struggling without being able to access my account now for last 2 months.

Can someone please assist me??
