Sub: Cheating played regarding my Policy no. 13870232 and Change your policy name from ICICI Pru health saver to Health Destroyer.

Please refer to above policy and I had the worst experience with your company in cheating me at several occasions.

This process has been continuing till writing of this letter.
The brief facts are as follows:
1- That one of your sales agent approached me to get the above policy and assured me that the money invested in this policy would be multiplying and would give some returns besides reimbursing from 2nd year medical expenses and gave rosy pictures. I paid vide cheque no. 372910 dated 05/05/2010 Rs 10,000/- drawn on South Indian Bank Limited against Receipt no. 94072073 dated 5/5/2010.
2- That As on 18/06/2011vide receipt no 64141166 I deposited a cheque no. 117410 dated 07/05/2011 for Rs. 10,000/- drawn on South Indian Bank.
3- That Once again I deposited Rs 10,000/- vide cheque no. 505629 dated 20/05/2012 vide Receipt no.6208704703 (payment collection advise)dated 06/06/2012.
4- That when in the next year 2011 and again in the year 2012 when I approached for taking the claim of the medical bills no claim was settled and rather again flimsy grounds were given and the cheating part and non commitment from your company started.
5- That when in 2013 and 201 your company approached for making the payment I flatly refused paying any amount to your company unless my claim were settled.
6- That as on 24/11/2015 A letter was sent to me informing that the value of the units under above policy dated 20/11/2015 is Rs.10,922.18 . It was further stated that as per terms and conditions of the policy if the fund value reaches or falls below 110% of 1 full years premium the policy will be foreclosed and accordingly it was foreclosed with foreclosure fund value. Rs.10.922.18.
7- That as on 07/08/2016 vide ackowlegement slip I submitted my claim of Rs.10.922.18 at ur Aurobindo branch and it was promised to me that an amount of Rs.10.922.18 will be credited to my bank account.
8- That after my constant follow ups on email it was informed to me on 03/09/2016 that an amount of Rs.5461.09 has been transferred into my account by NEFT.

All above bare facts prove that your company has not only defaulted but cheated with me and after paying Rs.30,000/- I should have received almost double the amount in all these years.
This tent amounts to the fraud and cheating and accordingly I request you to immediately transfer in my account the following amount . Rs 30.000/- paid vide above receipts plus interest at the rate of 18% minus the sum already paid to my account.

Please treat it as a demand notice and transfer the amount into my account within 2 weeks from writing of this letter failing with which u will be liable for all costs and risks.

PLEASE TREAT IT AS MOST URGENT AND CHANGE THE POLICY NAME FROM ICICI PRU HEALTH SAVER TO HEALTH DESTROYER.
