ICshopmaster has been taking monies from my account without my authorisation . I hsve bought any products nor received anything which warrent payment.

I am currently living in Florida , USA , but monies has been taken out from my UK bank for the amount of £247.03, since May 2017 . Since I do not use the card that often , I wasnt aware the £9.94 / £10.29 which was taken out from my account monthly

I have already got in touch with my bank and stopped the payment . I also called ICshopmaster & made a complaint . They have acknowledged the payment and assured me that they will pay the monies back to me.

so far I received a payment of £59.10 which was paid directly into my UK bank account , but still awaiting to receive the balance which is £187.93.

I have emailed the breakdown of the charges, as well as making several phone calls , but unfortunately although i received a reply to my email , so far no one has got intouch as promised
To make matter worse , i tried to call them , but each time i couldnt get through as they cut me off

For these reasons I was forced to file a complaint against this company.
