Taking money out of my account

In October of t 2018 the first deduction appeared then November and now December. I have no idea what this is but I do know I didn't sign up for it I WANT A REFUND ASAP FOR ALL 3 MONTHS IT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED The total amount of refund is $29.91,,,,I have no idea what this is and I never signed up for it.

This company keeps taking out money out of my Bank Acct. VERY angry! What do I do? Now!
