No tracking info

Hey guys,

So I sent my payment and everything to ID Chief and they got it without an issue. They said I will get tracking info in 5-10 days. Now, 10 days later I did not get any tracking info and they shut down their email service, claiming on zoklet that they processed everyone's order. Anyone else with this issue?
