on Fe 27, 2015. I am recovering from the back herniated disc injury and was looking to purchase a back support to put on the seat of my mini-van to relieve the back pain and discomfort. This pharmacy was the closest to my home that carried the product I was looking for. I asked the staff to help me and the staff person had told me that this pharmacy does not offer any refunds only exchange. The back support price was $150 and I found it is not something I would want to risk purchasing without a refund option if it did not help me. Then the staff had told me that I should not buy this product then if I did not like the return policy. I was barely able to stand and desperately needed help in getting this product. Upon my request to speak with the manager - I was abruptly and rude told that the manager is on the maternity leave. I can not see how a Canadian Pharmacy can operate without a manager or an owner and find staff working at this pharmacy inhumanely unhelpful, rude and not caring at all. It was my most horrible experience in the most vulnerable situation in my life. I find this place professionally unfit and horrible place to find oneself in time of need. I also wish these places were better regulated by the government.
