I request Idea costmer care to deactivate PRE CALL announcement and they gave me two SR no.1-213870621128 dated 17 June 2018 & 1-214245578295 dated 18 June 2018 but nothing heard from their side, I am still suffering. This is the NEGLIGENCY of Idea Cellular team.

My balance for mobile number 8800223501 was deducted three times on 04 Dec 2016 for Rs. 25 each. I am not sure what kind of deduction this is. I did not requested for any special services from Idea care. Below the deduction details.

I given a cheque for Rs.500 on 5th Jan'17.

But by I wrote Rs.5000 in words and in the box I have wrote Rs.500.

Off course it was my fault.

On 10th Jan'17 my bank account was debited for Rs.5000 but in my MDN ACCOUNT U UPDATED Rs.500.

As my cheque had wrong it might have got bounce but it didn't happen instead u debited the Entire amount Rs.5000.

Some calls are charged which are not done by me.
Bill is showing call for Mobile No. 07464865518 I am sure, these calls are not done by me.
I think these calls are not correct and called many times were Crtl C & Crtl V (Copy & Past) of other person in this my bill.
