Hello to all, I was a client at Ideal Image here in the Cleveland Ohio area. I was receiving the laser hair removal treatment on my chin area. After about a full year of service my nurse burned me badly. I am a African American with medium skin complexion. None of the other nurses that did my treatment hurt me. I don't know if this last nurse felt that she needed to treat me differently but the treatment hurt badly. I was not offered any numbing cream only the aloe afterward. I was in a lot of pain. Since my treatment was done on a Saturday I had to wait till Monday to call and explain my situation. The lady on the phone asked me to send pictures.When I did she claim all she could see was "dark marks". This offended me, now just cause I am African American we do not all have "dark marks". I never had dark discoloration on my chin before, those were clearly burns. I was told to get some Aquaphor and come back. I quickly went to the ER and sought an attorney. Upon reading some of the comments/ complaints there are a lot of unsatisfied customers. Does anyone know where or how to sign up for the Class Action Suit? I am so disappointed and back at square with my issue.
