I paid 27.00 to this company with no results. The website (or spider web more candidly is still up and cheating people!)
There is no record of my payment with the company but they did charge my credit card in June 2020. I just noticed it because I am very far behind in recording my credit card purchases and checks together in a register so I have the information I need for the IRS.
When I tried to go back to the website there is no contact information. It says confirm your email and then when you go back it says confirm your email. It is a Catch 22 just like the novel!
I have reported this to the FTC and received an acknowledgement but I suggest that everyone do the same thing because they may listen to numerous complaints.
I also reported it to my credit card company and happily they are allowing me to dispute the charge. I do not know if anything will happen but I believe I have done my due diligence and now it is up to God to take care of it as God sees fit!

Not informed of 2nd session for cool sculpting
I had 1 session of cool sculpting on my stomach that cost $3,000. After the session, I was then told I would need a 2nd session for maximum results. I told the gal that’s all I had was $3,000. She assured me I will see great results anyway. I was also told to wait a year for best results. I returned a year later and photos were taken to show before and after, no change. I spoke to the regional mgr. and requested a refund or free 2nd session. She said no way. I’m so upset that I felt scammed! I’m thinking of hiring a lawyer at this point.
I need guidance from anyone else felt scammed!

Services, customer service, resolution of problems
I purchased cool sculpting and paid for those services in full. $3500.00. When speaking to the sales rep I disclosed I have had lap band surgery and wanted someone to tell me honestly if this was something that would help my appearance. I was told it would. I also explained that I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon and ask her expert opinion. I cancelled the plastic surgeon and waited a month for an available spot with ideal image. I was made to wait 45 minutes for my appointment on the scheduled day. Then when I was in the medical room I was told I cannot have cool sculpting due to my lap band. A mistake was made. However, I was also told that the cool sculpting I was going to do under my chin would actually make the skin appear worse. Mistake two. I was feeling very uneasy and chose to not have my chin done. I was told I would be contacted by management to discuss my refund options of 3500.00. It is now a week later and I have not been called by anyone. I contacted the local office where an inexperienced, ill-equipped, condescending receptionist made excuses, insincere robotic apologies, talked over me, did not listen, and had no sense of urgency for the fact that I was out a substantial amount of money and there was no resolution. She said it takes time. You can call corporate all you want, it will take time. Is this how you resolve issues and protect your brand?
