Ikea's delivery truck parked on my parking lot without my consent while delivering furning to my neighbor. Their truck was blocking everything for a while. While I asked the truck driver and his assistant, they badly reacted. and said, "We're not responsible for it."

My daughter bought a mattress from IKEA. It was advertised at one price. When she got home, she realized she was charged the wrong price (now I don't know if it was the wrong size) -- but she called and they told her they couldn't cancel the order as the order was already scheduled for delivery. She was told that she had to refuse the mattress delivery. The guy get there, she explains the situation. He says fine. Then he's ready to leave, he asks her to sign the slip. She looks at the slip and sees that its not her delivery. She tells him this, he says "oh sign this one, I don't have the other one". She writes on the slip mattress delivery refused and signs. She follows up with the store. They assure her that her account will be credited. Time goes on, still no credit. I'm wondering if there is some kind of scam happening at that store. I try to contact Ikea, but they are "too busy" to allow me to chat with them. I'm going to send an email at this point... but something just doesn't seem right and there is no "Corporate number" to contact. All I can contact is the Brooklyn store. Now, if the problem is in the Brooklyn store, why would I bring it to their attention, wouldn't I contact whoever they report to??????
