What: Unregistered, unlicensed physiotherapy clinic owned and operated by a foreigner not holding valid work permit.
Where: No.25/Jalan sungai 2,Taman seputeh,Kuala Lumpur.(Inside Yoga studio)
How: This illegal business is being promoted regularly on Japanese newspaper "M-town" and being operated without paying tax.

Hope related department can take necessary action.
