Dear Sir and Madam,

The USA-CiU-Bank, where I have an account with, blocked the fund transfer to my German Account and is asking for paying a compulsory fee of Euro 7800 to the IMF Organisation through the Bank as a pathway between me and the IMF Organisation for receiving an IMF-Code.
This Compulsory Fee of € 7800, I guess is much too big, just for getting. such an IMF-Code. The total amount on this CiU-Bank account is US$65000.
My question: can this be true or is this a fraud?

Attach to this mail is the final clearance from the IMF to prove that the funds is clean and also nothing stopping you from getting the approved loan.

I sent you an email requesting that you send me your banking information so that the bank can start process on transferring the loan into your bank account. Once that is done, i will forward to you the account information's on how to send the loan transfer charges of €950 to complete the whole process.

I will appreciate if you get this done asap so that we can finally complete the whole process of this loan transaction. I await your swift response!!
