Very slow and no system

I have noticed that the immigration at the Johor checkpoint are working very slow. In an average they take 2 hours to clear. There are children old people and injured people like me standing in queues for hours. The pre clearance machine MAX is also out of order for months. Hope the authority steps in to make a proper system so as to make Malaysia an efficient country. Thanking you in advance
