have had my imvu account for 15 years. I have bought AP. My age has been verified. I have spent so much money on my account. I was chilling in my room one day and we were on the topic of age. I typed. ‘I’m 33, but mentally I’m 12" and as we all know UK has banter. I was merely joking. I have never misrepresented myself as anything other than my age. 33. My account was banned. I contacted and explained my side of the story but they refuse to give me back my account. I explained that if I typed I’m 33, but mentally 80 that wouldn’t have been an issue right? I’m absolutely furious and explained it was just a joke. I don’t see myself as a child nor act like one online. They’re refusing to listen or understand and the customer service I’ve received is appalling. The levels of stress and anxiety I am experiencing from this is ridiculous. It's completely offensive that IMVU let people harass and bully online to the point where some need therapy and yet I get banned after 15 years for a light hearted joke where I tried to explain that I'm young at heart. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE IMVU??

I put in my age which was above the age allowance and it said " Please correct the errors above and resubmit." and the error was "underage_wait_blocker"! I put in an appropriate name, but it still wont let me make a account! Please fix this. thanks.
