Sir I would like to inform you that I am a customer with consumer no.7046369802.My application for double bottle cylinder with online reference no.-D1701161409883329 successfully released with waiting no.710000010752599.But when I contacted to the distributor the agent said that second cylinder is not available and suggest me to cancell that online application otherwise they will not granted double bottle cylinder application in future .Now my quiestion is that if the DBC is not applicable then why my online application was successfully granted and released.I require second cylinder as soon as possibl .Please Help me.
