My parcel tracking number EX200936429SG is being held in customs for past 1 month . I don't what has happened as I have not got any call or letter regarding it. And it isn't clear from anywhere that for how long custom can hold the item. It's a laptop which I had ordered from aliexpress. I have been calling to the ems speed post centre for many days the customer care number 1800 11 2011 either it is busy or if it is not it says your call is being transfered to the executive but no one ever picks up the call. I have called on many landline numbers but no one picks up their phone. I don't know what has happened to my parcel. Kindly help me out
