I paid a subscription amount of Rs.711/- to India Today Publishing Group for one year subscription for Readers Digest the month
of April, 2016. Since they were not able to deliver me the magazine regularly every month I requested them to cancel my subscription and refund the subscription amount. After joining as a subscription in April, 2016 all that I received from them
was 3 old issues of the magazine together in July, 2016.

After sending umpteen number of reminders since July 2016, they send me a cheque of Rs.237/- in the month of December, 2016 out of total subscription amount of Rs.711-. Since December 2018 I sent them 7 reminders requesting them to give me account
of Rs.474/- deducted from my total subscription of Rs.711/-. They never replied me till date, ignoring all my reminders. Whenever I sent them a reminder get a trade mark reply "we will get back to you within 2 to 3 working days". Nothing happens after that.
