Refund of Cancelled Tickets

Resp Sir,
1. I booked d tickets online but after preparation of charts...it was WL..so it got cancelled automatically..but I didnt get refund of my cancelled ticket...Its showing amount refunded to PAYTMAG bank.....
2. A lot of time has passed but still Im awaiting d refund ..

Refund Not Recivd

Hi ,

I booked two train ticket, I paid through my debit card (Bank Of Baroda Bank).
Ticket automatically cancelled because of waiting list. I can see the status as refunded in IRCTC website.
But I have not received any amount in my bank account.

Not received refund but showing that it has been credited to Paytmag but I didn't received any money

charge more than MRP

At kota junction the canteen on platform no 2 stall no 25, the person demanded Rs45 for a Pepsi bottle for which MRP was Rs32.
On asking why the rate is higher than mrp his answer was"Lena h toh lo...mrp pe kahi nai milega".And all the stalls on the station were charging higher than mrp.

I hope that Indian railways take necessary actions against this practice of canteen people.

chargig of excess raten

Sir my PNR NO. 2616916638, While i was travelling from jammu to howrah, I have been ordered veg meal of Rs.50/- as per prescribed Indian railway rate list but the staff of Pantry car refused to provide the same and argued with me that veg meal amounting to Rs.50/- is not available in Himgiri express. Bangalore - Kerala Trains, Influence of Bus Mafia

Either NO trains or NO stops!!!.
This is the real situation/issue of all the passengers who wants to travel from Kerala to Bangalore or vice versa especially on all Fridays and Sundays.

Let’s take a Friday as an example, train number 6315 Kochuveli Express will start from Bangalore City at 17:15 Hrs. Unfortunately now (Previously Yes) this train is not having any stops before Salem. No stops at Bangalore Cantonment, Bangalore East, Krishnarajapuram. (KR Puram)…

However, the train which runs on previous day (Thu) 2684 Bangalore – Ernakulam SF Express, in the same route, at same schedule is having stops at Cantonment and KR Puram.. Why…? Who will get benefited…Don’t ask such foolish questions…All the malayalees other than bus owners!

The moral story: Super fast train will stop at Cant and KR Puram but a normal express train will not stop…Why…because it’s a Friday…!

Do you have any idea about the total number of passengers who are traveling from Bangalore to Kerala on Friday? Also, think about the total number of private buses operating in the same route. Where I will get the exact information about this?

There are more stories too…Once upon a time there was a train called Kannur – Yesvantpur Express used to stop at Banasawadi…..but …

EXCESSIVE RATE OF FOOD BY THE PANTRY CAR SERVICE

Complaint against the more charging for veg. meals by pantry car personnel’s staff.
Subject: Complaint against the more charging for veg. meals by pantry car personnel’s staff.
Dear Sir,

I would like to inform that I undersigned travelled with my family members from Manmad JN. to New Delhi on 6th July2011. The information of which is described below:

PNR no. 815-6271801 & 835-6438680 Train no. 12137 ( PUNJAB MAIL )
Total passenger --- 09 Nos.

It is reported that I ordered the train’s pantry staff vendor for providing 09 veg. meals. I was thereby provided 09 veg. meals(THALI) without curd and lesser quantity of food as per scale. Not even that they demanded me Rs 540/- at the cost of Rs 60/= each, instead of Rs, 32/= which was Rs 28/- more as per Rate list fixed by railway authorities. When we asked the Pantry Car Manager Mr.Akhlesh kumar Pandey ) about more charging of meal he replied that they are supplying mix veg. chole paneer instead of Aloo-Tamater in veg meal(THALI), but, the fact was that I didn’t told for any changed menu . Before supply the meals we demand the menu & Price list from Vender Shalender tomer but he refused for the same .I asked other passengers and found that everybody was overcharged and thus cheated.
It means the train pantry staff was cheating all the passengers in huge manner by increasing prices of meal and supplying less quantity of food of substandard quality.i.e. A group of 05 passenger those PNR NO. 8256292265 From MMR To Faridabad were also cheated by the pantry staff they charged Rs, 300/= for 05 no. of veg. meals Bill no.3847 dt 6/7/11 Such kind of cheating should be stopped immediately and culprits must be punished.
The train’s pantry staff manager ( Mr. Pandey ) also argued with me in very rude manner when I DEMAND for complaint Book then he refused and told us that I have no any complaint Book. Please take necessary action against him for prestigious image of INDIAN RAILWAYS.

EXCESSIVE RATE OF FOOD BY THE PANTRY CAR SERVICE

i agree this. it happens in all train. no price list is available in coch or pantry. railways has to stick the price list in each compartment and even it is removed, it has to be posted again.
