Horrible Service

I went 04:15 PM to airport and done the formalities and went to the boarding gate. I shocked that boarding gates are closed and saying that you came late… and still 1 hour is there… I just spoke to indigo people they said that it’s not possible to fly this time if you purchase a new ticket we will arrange the seat in next coming flight which is next day. (Note that I have a reschedule option as well while booking the ticket)

This is a Horrible service with INDIGO AIRLINES.
Because of this I booked a bus and gone to Hyderabad. It’s very hectic to do this u know.

Thanks Indigo Never and ever suggest Indigo Airlines to any one and Never fly again with this Airlines.

Horrible servie

As a group we flew from BLR/Mumbai/Srinagar and back. While holiday was great, Indigo ensured the flight experience is the worst ever.
When every airline is offering eboarding/online checkins, indigo refuse to accept the scanned copy of the credit card who booked the tickets... backs to basics:-) so we had to repay the airlines just because we were not carrying the printed copy. All one had to do is print the scanned copy and produce it! wow that’s called getting efficient.

While returning, my baggage got lost, and Indigo had no clue where my baggage was. Neither did they call me to give me any status. Every time i called the call center, i got bounced from airport to call center. I had lost my baggage once in Jet airways, but they were very professional and had me updated every day. They even offered to pay for my loss and inconvenience. Indigo was so indifferent and disrespectful of my calls and situations.

They just ensured i never fly with them ever again, even my entire team wouldn’t given their experience.
