Late delivery of Bill & no response from customer care and concerned authorities.

Sir

I am Business partner of IGL (4000007360), in our locality (Dwarka). I want to inform you that from last two months i am getting my monthly bill on due date, delivery man delivers bill in our letter box which is situated at the entrance of the Society & we gets this bill in the evening when coming back from office due to this we are unable to pay on same day. In this regard i have tried to call many times on customer care number and to incharge of complaint receiving cell (Mrs Nidhi Joshi) & to Nodal Officer (Mr Vikram Jettley) but no one is picked up the phone, which is very shocking.

I have some queries about the payment of bill but no one is responding, Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
