Charged 49.99 that we did not approve

Was charged and it wasn't even told to us.was told by someone it would be refunded but nothing happened.t ired getting hold of them to be told it's a sister company and called could not get ahold of no one then gets a number and they keep hanging up on me.why don't you scam artist do what is right and give back the money your not entitled to.

Incentive rules

They don't tell you about all the deals that are listed and any kind of incentives that are given when you start up a new service. I just recently started up a service and noticed that they were giving a gift card and when I went to inquire about the gift card they stated I had to have it done within 7 Days of the time I initially started my order which was not told to me when I did my order so I missed it by 3 days. But I did qualified for a lesser amount. Make sure when starting a service you ask a lot of questions because if you don't they are not going to automatically give you all the answers!

Tricked Into Contract

Infinity Dish is not Dish Network. They are a 3rd party selling Dish Network packages.

I entered my information on the Frontier website, because I wanted to purchase a tv/internet bundle with Frontier. Infinity Dish called me back. I told the agent, Devon, that I was looking to bundle with Frontier and I did not want Dish. Devon told me that they partner with Frontier, but that Dish provides the tv service, not Frontier. I told him that I had Frontier 8 months ago and I had tv. Devon reiterated that Dish is the tv provider for Frontier.

Infinity Dish lied to me to get me to sign a 2 year agreement!
Do NOT use their service. InfinityDish.com cannot be trusted!!!! They will do anything to sell you a package. It was not until later, when Frontier came to connect my internet, that I realized Frontier did in fact offer tv services and that I did not need to order Dish Network.
I called Dish to complain, but they will not let me out of my contract without paying their $480 termination fee. They instructed me to contact Infinity Dish It was awful!
After several hours on the phone asking Infinity Dish to waive my cancellation fee, requesting the initial call where Devon lied to me and tricked into a 2 year agreement with Dish, I was told that my complaints were “invalid”!
I was also told that I couldn’t expect Infinity Dish to tell me that I could get my tv through Frontier because Frontier is their competitor. They said that no company is going to tell you to go to their competition!!!
Let me say again...DO NOT GO THROUGH INFINITY DISH!!! Look them up! They are lairs! You have many other options.

$49.99 charge

I called last week to get dish. I paid the $50 and then another $49.99. I had them come out that Friday to hook up service but only to find out that my apartment building wouldn't allow them to put it up. I had to cancel. They gave me back my $50 but told my they had no record of the $49.99 that went through. I had to call the bank get them to fax my bank statement only to find out that charge was with infinity dish?? but the same guy hooked up my service?? I have been on the phone now for 4 days trying to get my $49.99 back. Dish is rude on the phone and I have yet to get my money back!!! I will never suggest them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Infinity Dish

I called Dish official site number on 09/08/2014 and was going to move from Comcast to dish. The sales rep ran my credit and told me everything was great and I agreed to the 58.99 a month and a one time fee of 49.95 for the internet installation. She then transferred me to another person to set up internet. When that lady informed me I could not get the internet at my location I said I want everything cancelled. She said that was not her department and transferred me. As I was on hold checked my bank account they withdrew $58.99 and the $49.99 before I was even off the phone with these people. Then the nightmare began. I was able to get the 58.99 refunded but the $49.95 was just hours and hours on the phone with Dish and the run around was horrible. Dish keeps telling me they can not help me to call INFINITY DISH 2 POS 866-659-3474 which those people say I have to call Dish. I do not think it is fair that this company can be so heartless. They are so helpful to get your business but the minute you decide to cancel and mind you I never hung up with Dish and cancelled. Even when I called the corporate number the sales rep hung up on me not once but twice. So PLEASE be aware that Dish will get you ..And I thought Comcast was bad. Comcast looks pretty good to me and I am staying with them. Never again and I going to let some fast talking company pull money out of my bank account.

Stay away

First of all you have bad credit so that why you didnt get the 722. Second of all you can use the blockbuster movie pass without the 722 you get movies thru the mail and 22 extra movie channels but you need a broadband internet connection and a 722 receiver which you didn't qualify for use the streaming movies and shows which are included in the blockbuster. Third they gave you the family package to start out b/c the upfront cost for you was too much so it saved you money upfront while you can upgrade your package once installed and not have to pay the extra upfront to get installed. Mind you all theses fees are required when you don't qualify at the highest level. So there was no mistake made that's why dish network wasn't able to help you out.
I hope i don't offend you I just saw this post and wanted to clarify what actually happened.

These folks are anything but honest

They are running a scam!!!We signed up for Dish network cable package through an authorized 3rd party retailer, Dish Infinity on 4/1/12. We were charged of processing fees of $49.95 by Dish Infinity and programming fee of $37.18 by Dish Network. On the same day, we were researching about Dish Infinity online and found out that there were a lot of negative comments/reviews/complaints about Dish Infinity so we called Dish Infinity on the same day to cancel our purchase, we were told that we had to contact their costumer service the next day. When we called Dish Infinity the next day, 4/2/12, they kept transferring us from one department to another and even hung up the call several times. So, we called the parent company, Dish Network to close the account. We are promised to get $37.18 refunded back to our account. We were also told that they will not be able to refund $49.95 as it was charged by their third party retailer. We spent more than 100 cell phone minutes to get hold of Dish Infinity to get that refund back, but no success. We are disputing the charges as a fraudulent charges with our credit card company (Chase). The dispute process will most likely take 3-4 weeks before we find out if we will get our refund. This whole process has been very frustrating and we feel very helpless. It is very sad that so many innocent people like us are getting ripped off everyday and no actions have been taken against this company, DISH INFINITY. At the same time we blame Dish Network as well, since they know how Dish Infinity is treating their customers and wont do anything about it.

These folks are anything but honest

Their sales staff is so good at double speak and fast talk that it's confusing for anyone, plus you can't see in black and white what is really going to be charged. I was told about the monthly fee with no taxes (as they try to protect their customers and fight for them) then 'there was a state sales tax added'. When told about the 'good deals I was getting' it ended up that they got me confused when they mentioned $48.99 and then all the other numbers for this and that... Guess what? Was charged for "processing fee" of $49.99 not authorized; plus the first month of $52.39 (which I did authorize) BE WARY of this Company- They are NOT Dish, they are only a subcontractor for Dish and if you decide to deal with Dish, Deal only with Dish.. These folks are anything but honest.. They would not give the 'processing fee' back. Had to cancel my debt card and dispute with my bank.
