What would you think if a company took your money and stopped communication to you all together? Sounds sorta scammy right? They have refunded my money but I had to create a scene to get it back.

Inspira Digital (www.inspiradigital.co.uk) - Run by a guy called Mike Harding, with a so called designer called Mike Fryers (probably the same guy as well). This company Inspira Digital is a UK web designer company based in the United Kingdom.

Our company commissioned them to design a theme and brand pack for our website and online store business (925 SILVER LLC).

They charge thousands of dollars, our project was ($3000) three thousand US dollars - and they presented excellent work in their portfolio and samples of web design work in the UK that they showed us.

However, when time came to produce the web design and show us the visual samples - their web design mockups look like something out of template monster, or very terrible web design work.

This design looks like this scam UK web designer company outsources work to 3rd world countries such as indian web designers, or Philippians - and charges premium web design prices.

When told we don't want to work with them anymore, they demand payment for "work" done - even after we have paid them 30% in deposits PRIOR to them starting any web design work.

This company is terrible, and a scam - do not give any of your web page design or home page design work to them !

Cassandra Lynn has been issued with a full refund and an apology for the delays she suffered in getting the work completed for her, yes the situation could of been handled better, however to say a company that has successfully designed built and marketed websites for the past 4 years with fantastic reviews and testimonials is a Scam is totally inaccurate and slanderous.

Piss poor unprofessional company response. I wouldn't do business with Inspira Digital based on that.
