I was charged and have no idea what that is

signed up with intelius to look up a phone number for a fee of $0.99 I never signed up for the free trial membership
shortly after that I had a c harge of $19.95 that is still going on for three months.
Now I whould like to know how to cancel it.?

I just noticed that I was being charge for months. Int*Intelius SB has been stealing my money.
