international award payment center

Keep sending me a notice saying I've won 15. 000
Just send them a 9 dollar fee instead of 12 which usually the letters in the last has been a few of $20 I guess now they've changed that. I sent 20 bck on a letter similair that I received last year but I got nothing nor did I win anything I just got bombarded by more letters saying I win a car I won jewlry but to receive these won items I must pay a fee . this is ridiculous and I want to know how they actually got my name because I just bought the home I'm in two years ago and not many people know of my physical address so how is it they've obtained my name kinda worrys me at what else in information they've got that they don't need to have in they're hands. They need to be stopped because I guarantee they are robbing elderly people BLIND with they're false letters and they're scam and that in itself really makes me furious. I'm gonna continue to find a way to stop this bullshit one way or another and the people involved in all of this should be held accountable for they're actions. This needs to be further looked into maybe the FBI needs to handle this cuz it's gone on for way to long and its 2017 and ive read complaints from 2012 so five years proberbly longer .SHAME ON THEM!! They need to be out in jail for fraud and preying upon alote of elderly people and it needs to stop and be put an END TO IMMEDIATELY!!

The International Award Payment Center

Today I received a letter from The International Award Payment Center at 1401 Armour Rd., North Kansas City, MO 64116. It was sent as an Official Memorandum - Reply Immediately As Instructed from A. T. Lee, and it's the "Blue Series XIII". It claims to be a contest of skill, not a sweepstakes or lottery. If I complete the IAPC1080 form, answer the procedural question, sign and return with a cheque for $20CAD then I'm in the running to win $15,000US or $17,000CAD. I'm to return this to P.O. Box 219620. There is no phone number anywhere on the correspondence which is an indication it's a scam. Too boot, they spelled my last name incorrectly. How are these people able to continue to get away with this? This is ridiculous, and I believe they deliberately target seniors! I hope this complaint will help others subject to these underhanded methods to be more suspicious of unsolicited literature that arrives in their inbox or home mail. IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT REALLY IS. NEVER, NEVER SEND MONEY WHEN ASKED UPFRONT OR TO RESPOND IMMEDIATELY OR PROMPTLY. THE SCAMMER IS PREYING ON YOUR EMOTIONS. STOP THEIR GREED BY THROWING THEIR "AWARD" IN THE TRASH WHERE IT BELONGS.

International Payment Award Payment Center , 1401 Armor RD.

I too received a letter from this same scam. I always knew that if they ask for money upfront for whatever reason, it's a scam.
Awhile back, I replied to a similar scam, by telling them to take the money from my winnings, and never heard from them again, The one I received yesterday I just threw it in the Trash! ANYTIME THEY ASK FOR MONEY UPFRONT, KNOW THAT IT'S A SCAM!!

International Award Payment Center

Express Courier mail today, Aug. 29, 2015, in bright red envelope with a check in the amount of $15,000. in full guaranteed amount. Qualifying question must be answered and my signature required in addition to enclosing a $9.00 fee(reduced from $12.00) via cash, check or money order payable to IAPC, INTERNATIONAL AWARD PAYMENT CENTER , l401 Armour Road, PO Box 219620, Kansas City, MO 64121-9620. Very interesting as I have just recently moved and wonder how they got my new address! I totally agree with the other posts on this site and thank God there is such a place to report it besides our local
DA office. A great SCAM to raise money and it appears that they are targeting Senior Citizens! Hope the FBI checks this out.

Misleading Scam

I received a letter from The International Award Payment Center at 1401 Armour Rd., North Kansas City, MO 64116. I supposedly entered some contest and it's called the "Blue Series XI". If I complete the 1080 form, answer the qualifying question, sign and return with a check for $9 (It's supposed to be $12 but they're giving me a discount lol) then I'm in the running to win $15,000. I'm to return this to P.O. Box 219240 which is the same P.O. Box that I was to return a letter a couple weeks ago stating that I had won $2,000,000 and again I was to send a check for processing. There is no phone number on either of the letters too so you know that it's a scam. How do these people still get away with this? I noticed these other comments were from 2012. This is ridiculous! These people are making a fortune especially to those who may not no any better or really old people who truly believe they have won something.
