poor service

I recently bought a ZTE grand x max 2 about the end of January beginning of February i started having problems it wouldnt read my sim card but when i put my sim in a different phone it read it or if i tried a different sim in it it still had the triangle in the corner meaning no service there was no damage on the outside no cracked screen even the manager at the cricket location on valencia and cardinal named gustavo his store number is (520)908-3388 he got on the phone and verified there was no damage i did the warranty claim that was free and sent my phone out well for about 2&a half weeks i hadn't recieved my phone they never sent an email to my phone or email that the manager gustavo provided in fact when i kept calling customer service they had no idea where the phone was after 2 days of calling the cricket line trying to get thru to the warranty dept and the u.p.s and not having a track number information i finally got one of your representative from cricket to have it sent to the right location it was a real hassle just to get a paper saying that they could not do a warranty claim due to physical damage there was no physical damage i was tired of being with out a phone i have kids a job and a mother with heart problems with lots of doctors appointments so i paid for and insurance claim they sent me out a phone i sent mine back well the new one i got is messed up to when im texting the key board goes down i have to click the box to txt then it does it over a few times i thot maybe its the settings but no it does it occasionally when im on the internet it stops all the time and says no internet something went wrong check internet connection or connection error or it turns off out of no where i called the warranty people and asked to speak to a managerthat id like to make complaint she said she was guna direct call and i got disconnected i cant even fill out an application on line
