I am extremely upset with the 2016 standard software. I have been using this software program online for many years. At some point a few years back your product began to ask people to by Insurance to guarantee the tax return filed using your software. I never bought the insurance because for years I used this product without issues and though that the software if it is as good as it had been I don't need the insurance. lt should be flawless. Not so. The software on its own checked off a box in the Caregiver amount, an amount I NEVER collect. Heard this happened to others. This flaw cost me $1465.00 thank you very much. I have a T4, RRSP receipts and that's it. I will never buy this product again!! Not worth the money and the hassle and headache. I will be cancelling my account today.

Since 2012 you have taken 3 payments of $ 40.31 and 2 payments of $ 33.59 for 5 years total.

We would like to have this refunded as we never signed for a yearly membership!
