Refund

I doesn't found my refund money in my wallet.

REFUND NOT DONE

AMOUNT 1135 Rs has not been refunded for the ticket booked with IRCTC on 4th March 2017. Status coming out to be refunded in irctc for the Transaction and complaint id : 100000764198038.

Not getting refund in account

Dear sir/madam,

I have cancelled 2 tickets ( cancl. id-100000137135144 & 100000137135143) on 8th Jan,2017 which is showing refund date 9th Jan,2017 but still no refund in account. I have already mailed to irctc they told me that it is already sent but I haven't get it in my account (35608891861).

Please take some positive steps to refund the money it is already 20 days gone.
