They had a very unstable system when I tried a free trial. They actually collected three of my debit cards, because the first two failed, and the third one finally worked. After that, I was not able to find the movie they were displaying. And there was no movie I wanted to watch in their service. I called and canceled the membership.

Two weeks later, they charged $34.95 on my visa card. I called and they immediately refunded.

I think they make money out of people who don't pay attention to automatic transactions.

I don't remember signing up with this website, but I see my credit card has been charged $1. How do they get to know the details and it's shocking to see on my statement. What should I be doing now.

I signed up for the free trial. I forgot to call and cancel. I pay all my bills by auto withdrawls. I was stupid because for 2 years I had assumed this was one of my regular bills. The other day I saw it again on my bank statement and decided I would look it up. I was surprised to see that I had been paying for this for almost 2 years. I had never logged into this site since my trial until yesterday.

I was appalled when I saw that they had the worst selection of movies I had ever seen, I could not comprehend how they could even charge this exuberant amout of money $34.95 PER MONTH!!! Netflix has a much better selection of movies for 7.99 per month.

I am extremely upset that I did not look into this much sooner. I have never looked at this site since my free trial in 2012. What a scam this company has going. They don't even send any emails to their subscribers like other companies do announcing new movies added or any other information that is going on with their movie site. This would have clued us in that we were subcribed to this ridiculous site.

I wish there was a class action suit against this company for scamming probably thousands of people!!!
