Vera Bradley Wristlet

I paid thru FB 23.00 to an individual for a new vera bradley wristlet on 12/11/17 .I contacted Ivy thru messenger that I had never received it.she kept giving me excuses until she blocked me from being able to contact her thru our original conversation.I'm very upset that she scamed me for 23.00 . I have never had any problems with anyone else when I have used FB.Please help.I hope there is something you can do.thank you
