ATM machine failure

I transacted rs 4000 from J&K bank atm udhampur. The money got struck in the ATM machine but was deducted from my SBI account 00XXXXXXXXXXX396. This atm is near POLICE LINES UDHAMPUR. The security guard knows all about the incident.This incident happened on 12th February around 1PM.KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY REFUND.
