Trying to give me the wrong necklace back
My name is Esther Trice 7397 Dexter dr. Riverdale, Ga. I purchased a diamond necklace 4372355 September 21, 2017 so on my claim receipt September 1,2018 my necklace broke the break was on the long side stem. When I returned to pick up my necklace it was not the same necklace and I refused to accept it. Now the store manager Vonda said the corporate office would send her a picture of the necklace. I called the customer service office 1-800-221-0827 Vonda gave me a different number 1-800-322-1189 what she did was tear a bottom piece of the paper with the so called picture of the necklace from corporate. The picture shows the repaired so called necklace. All I want is the necklace that I bought not this messed up and chopped up necklace or a refund.I called several times to corporate and still no help. Gwen and Valerie are scared of losing there job even though Gwen is leaving soon.I tried to contact Tracy Lloyd with no help. Can you please help me.
I called 9-28-18 spoke with April, called corporate office again spoke with Tamara several times, Oct.3,2018 spoke with Valarie, 10-15-2018 spoke with Dorenda 10-19-18 and 10-24-18 spoke with Daniel no help. Please correct this problem return my necklace that I bought to you for repair with a lifetime warranty of refund. I do not understand with all the sales you are having any great loyal customers this way. Thank you Esther Trice.
