BEKO WASHINE MACHINE
ITEM REF WTL8019UKW SERIAL NO 181007440401
Has been waiting for 3 week so that your technician come & see my washing machine. On Saturday 25/09, your technician noted that the ''Operational system ' should be replaced.
Received this morning an sms from JMG Service that spare parts has been ordered and they shall update me in 3 weeks.
It quite frustrating, how am I going to manage, cld you pls call me back on 5250-0124.

Washing machine NOT functioning even after repair for second time
Dear Sir/Madam,
Trust you are fine.
I am lodging a complaint regarding the above case which hasn't been resolved till now despite having gone in person to the service centre and sent several emails.
My requests and email messages are outlined below.
Since there is NO reply from the Customer Service Manager, it seems my requests are NOT reaching the right person(s).
Samsung, being an international renown company, I would request the Samsung Complaint Board to look into the matter and advise.
The details of the appliance with customer support sheet could not be attached as it is in PDF format.

FIRST REQUEST TO JMG (Samsung, Service Centre, Mauritius)
Dear Sir/Madam,
Trust you are fine.
I purchased a Samsung washing machine in Dec2013.
Detailed info in attached docs.
The machine got problem in Dec2018 after swhich JMG Mauritius took about 5 months to repair the machine twice. This repair charges were paid to JMG.
I now encounter same problem.
I humbly request Samsung as a well-reputed customer-oriented organization to look into this and advise JMG Mauritius on a permanent solution.
Note: The machine started getting problem six months after it was delivered. Kindly refer to attached service reports.

SECOND EMAIL
Dear Samsung Support Team (SA),
Thank you for reverting.
Actually, in the link https://www.samsung.com/countries/ Mauritius is not found. The reason why I inserted SA in one country field.
I went to JMG office on 10-Dec-2020 and reported the case to them.
The problem is recorded in their system.
I am informed that somebody will come for a diagnosis.
Is it possible for me to reach Samsung head-office??
My concern is that although machine not under warranty now, it started getting problem six months after delivery.
I would like to bring this to the international support team.
If there is a mechanical problem, I am requesting Samsung to replace the spare parts at no cost to the client.
Kindly advise.

THIRD EMAIL
Attn. Dhanush Dharma & Samsung Team,
I refer to my previous emails regarding the faulty washing machine.
JMG technicians verified the appliance after which one service desk operator called on 15-Dec-2020 informing me of an engine problem.
I reiterate my demand to Samsung to get the motor replaced and in the meantime get a replacement washing machine till the faulty one is repaired.
The machine has been inoperative for 3 weeks now.
Without such a household appliance, we have no option than to regularly outsource for a laundry service at an accumulated cost.
An early solution would be appreciated.
