Jan Pro is a scam.
Under Sweat equity, Jan Pro does not pay.
Often before 6 months is up, they resell a contract to someone else who they probably don't have to pay another 6 months. I lost 5 contracts I never made a dime on.
Yesterday, I submitted my monthly statement and a woman who looked more like a cleaning lady than office worker had me fill out this month and next month so " I don't have to come back next month.
I think this is another scheme to avoid payment.
If they don't have a statement I don't get paid.
And watch out for crooked lawyers.
There is a class action lawsuit so franchisees pay nothing.
