I've been working at Jax Sport's Bar (Hermanus) sins the start of December 2104 under verbal agreement with Paul Preece (whom I thought was the soul owner) from end of January 2015 I did not recieve a salary, due to this i also lost my accommodation due to falling behind on payment and when I brought the eviction notice to Mr.Preece, he laughed and joke about the situation I found myself in, needless to say I was evicted...none payment carried on until somewhere in 2016.

I've also never been payed time and half for Sunday's worked nor dbl time/or pay day off for public holiday.

Whenever I've wanted to take leave (annually) I was simply informed that leave pay had been deducted for various reasons.

A numberous amount of times I've reqeusted a payslip from above mentioned person but is yet to recieve any nor have i ever recieved a written explanation as to why deductions had been made.

I've also reqeusted my UIF number as well as my income tax registration number but have never recieved either of those...I always recieve an envelope with cash so i think it's safe to asume that those do not exists because I've never been registered for either of them.

I've voiced these problems to Mr Preece (on several occasions) the last of which he came back the following day and I quote and said "sorry for that, what I'll do is sell the business ans I'll give you 10%"... But that wont even cover a third of the money that I've already worked for. The business is currently in the market..
