Returning product
I returned an Frigidaire air conditioner to JCPenny in the end of July and a check was suppose to be sent to me,yet I never received the check. When I called to inquire about the check,the customer service operator told me that the check was already sent and cashed. I feel that it is quite irresponsible of JCPenny to simply send a check by regular mail and not confirm whether it was received or not. And when I called to further investigate this issue they told me that they will send a copy of the cashed check to me so i can compare the signature. I expected the copy to be received within 7 to 10 business days,but still has not received it. And just recently I asked them to resend the copy. I find it irritating that I never receive anything from JCPenny and they always assume that I have already received it.
