There's need to be a way for employees to talk to customers. The employees from jcpenney in glendale galleria were very ride and disrespectful. I was shopping for clothes. I had to go use the restroom and store was closing in 15 minutes. I came out and the entrance I had come in from was closed. I asked for help and two employees one of them named Eric was very very very unprofessional. He said "leave you need to leave now" and I said "I don't know where the exit door is at" which they had closed all doors. I had to walk and find another employee who works the perfume or jewelry department and she helped me find my exit. I don't think it was a correct way for Eric from jcpenney in glendale galleria to speak to me this way. I also asked to speak to manager and was denied one.

Employee Behaviour
Today we went to Thousand Oaks Jc penny, zip code 91360. We had a very very very bad experience from the employee ave or eva(when asked she said these two names without clarity), Assoc:0150. We went to have a hair cut to my son(who is 5 years 9 Months), her behaviour from starting itself was very bad and while doing the hair cut she trimmed my Son eyebrows on one side. And to adjust that she said the similar cut on other side even though we are saying donot do as we don't like cutting the eyebrows. But without listing our words, she did to the other eye saying that i will balance the damage. when asked why and how you did that first of all, she is simply saying, kid moved so it happened. And the worst part is, when we asked we need to talk to your store manager, she satrted saying this is why I don't like these type of people. is there any reason to say that? when we asked her name, she started keep on saying that we don't like these type of people and their behaviour and so on...
we have been to this jcpenny many times over the year but never experienced this worst behaviour from any of the employee.
kid's will move a bit and if she is not capable of doing hair cur for kids, she should let parents know, instead she did the worst to the kid and started back firing on him.
Please TRAIN this lady on how to behave with customers and mainly with kids.
And my suggestion is, do not take have kids hair cut anytime with this lady.
