DSTV Subscription

I have been a loyal customer but since 27 March I have been struggling to get my DSTV working properly. I have used nany hours of airtime to call customer care without any solution. I am psying my subscription but fo not get any service.
I there someone that can assist to solve the problem or must one go viral i n social and other mefia platforms to get help.
