Waiting for my Pension payout

I hand delivered my Pension papers to MIBFA in February. I have contacted them many times and they have varified my details in June and said I would be paid out in two to three weeks. I am still waiting and they say they have a lot of claims to pay out and I must wait. It is now September and still no payment.
