I hereby Ryan Kartick would like to help the respectable UNHCR to make their service even better by not giving the card to people who are not under UNHCR's protection mandate. I would like to tell you about a person whom I knew personally, who is a UNCHR card holder. His name is Jesinthan Chellathurai. UNHCR no: 354-05C07285. He is cheating the UNHCR organisation as he is not around in Malaysia. You could just clarify that with himself. He is now in Sri Lanka. He left Malaysia last 10th September 2016 but he got the card on 5th. I wonder if he got such guts to just cheat your organisation. His main aim is to come to Malaysia and get all the gang stuffs, in example, gang numbered hand bands and t-shirts and delivering to the teenagers in Sri Lanka. He hereby could lead the teenagers to a wrong life path if this continues. And he is bringing all other Sri Lankan nationalities to Malaysia saying UNHCR is stupid and could just send you to some other countries for free. He claimed that I can bribe UNHCR easily. Even his address is not the correct one, he lives in Jaffna,Neervely in Sri Lanka but tje address he gave to UNHCR organisation is Vavuniya. He did it because Vavuniya is the place which was affected during the war between Tamils. He wants to create a sympathy to your organisation to go to other country fast and free. And one more case of him, his UNHCR card's birth date is 02/01/1973 but his real and passport wise birth date is 01/03/1973. He is playing with his birth date because he couldn't give his passport birth date as he was blacklisted from the UNHCR organisation earlier. Now he is returning back from Sri Lanka for the next card renewal. But currently he is not in Malaysia. You could verify this with him by contacting him through +94775409119.
